Mill Group is looking for an experienced and data-driven professional to join us as a Senior HR Analytics Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting HR decision-making by analyzing people data, generating actionable insights, and developing meaningful management reports and dashboards.
This position is ideal for someone who can turn data into clear recommendations and help strengthen a data-driven mindset across the HR function and the broader organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate, analyze, and interpret HR data to deliver actionable insights for management decision-making.
• Design, develop, and monitor key HR metrics and KPIs across areas such as recruitment, retention, performance, employee experience, and productivity.
• Build and maintain analytical dashboards and management reports.
• Identify trends, patterns, and process bottlenecks within HR data and provide practical recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, data analysis, or similar fields.
• Strong proficiency in analytical and reporting tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of HR metrics and KPIs, with the ability to analyze and interpret them effectively.
• Proven ability to design management dashboards and present analytical reports in a clear and structured way.
• Familiarity with HRIS and HR data structures.
