In this role, you will be responsible for resolving issues, evaluating performance, and implementing data-driven decisions to enhance our customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze First and Last Mile operational KPIs to identify trends and performance gaps.
• Assist in analyzing large datasets to generate actionable insights for operational improvements.
• Support planning activities and roadmap execution for operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Customer Support, and Logistics.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor business and operational performance metrics and support P&L tracking.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and operational processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
• Utilize SQL and Power BI to extract and visualize data when required.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL is required.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with Python is a plus.
• Good understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Persian and a good command of English.
