Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze, and report warehouse KPIs, including productivity, inventory accuracy, and team performance.
• Extract, clean, validate, and analyze operational data to generate actionable insights.
• Identify performance trends, operational gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support inventory control activities and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and managers to provide data-driven operational support.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across warehouse teams.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and reporting requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
