Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to the development team and participate in key project decision-making.
- Lead frontend development using React and its ecosystem.
- Lead backend development using Golang.
- Provide technical oversight for mobile application development and ensure alignment with the overall system architecture.
- Coordinate between mobile, backend, frontend, and product teams to design efficient technical and user workflows.
- Monitor mobile app quality regarding performance, stability, security, and user experience.
- Participate in technical decisions regarding versioning, release management, testing, and mobile app updates.
- Perform code reviews and define technical standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other team members to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Assist in task breakdown, estimation, and technical prioritization.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Participate in API design, database modeling, and inter-service communication.
- Prioritize performance, scalability, security, and maintainability across the project.
- Collaborate on improving CI/CD pipelines, deployment, monitoring, and logging.
- Mentor team members and foster their technical growth.
- Document technical decisions.
- Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex technical issues.
- Proven work experience as a Senior Developer, Lead Developer, or Tech Lead.
- Strong proficiency in React and its ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in Golang for backend service development.
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs or gRPC.
- Understanding of mobile application development, testing, and release processes.
- Solid grasp of mobile app integration with APIs, authentication, push notifications, and version management.
- Ability to technically oversee mobile teams and evaluate code/product quality.
- Good understanding of software architectures (e.g., Monolith, Modular Monolith, Microservices).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or MySQL).
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of DevOps concepts such as Monitoring, Logging, Observability, and infrastructure basics.
- Experience with Git and collaborative code review processes.
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans.
- Ability to manage technical debt and balance development speed with long-term quality.
- Strong understanding of security, performance, and scalability.
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of responsibility and ownership.
- Strong decision-making skills in complex and ambiguous situations.

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.

- Experience with Redis.

- Experience with architectural patterns like Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, or DDD.
- Experience setting up monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Loki.
- Proven experience in leading/managing software development teams.
- Familiarity with React Native, Flutter, or native mobile development.
