About the Role

Miare is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Delivery squad and work closely with the Delivery Squad Lead, engineering, data, operations, and business stakeholders.

This role is focused on product problems across delivery operations, order lifecycle, courier and vendor experience, service quality, and operational efficiency. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of ambiguous problems, frame them clearly, use data to make better decisions, and drive product initiatives from discovery to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery-related product problems from discovery to execution and impact evaluation.
• Translate business and operational needs into clear product priorities, requirements, and decisions.
• Use data, dashboards, operational metrics, and stakeholder input to understand problems and measure outcomes.
• Work closely with engineering, data, operations, and business teams to deliver practical product solutions.
• Frame decisions clearly by identifying options, trade-offs, constraints, and recommended next steps.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, delivery quality, user experience, and operational urgency.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in product management or similar product roles.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to distinguish product problems from implementation details, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend pragmatic solutions.
• Strong ownership and ability to drive product problems independently.
• Strong problem-framing, prioritization, and decision-making skills in ambiguous situations.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to use data in product decisions.
• Comfortable working with dashboards, reports, and operational metrics.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics, delivery, marketplace, supply chain, or operations-heavy products.
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, dashboard building, or self-serve data analysis.
• Experience working with metrics such as SLA, delivery time, success rate, cancellation, courier performance, vendor experience, or order lifecycle performance.
