Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire parts sales process, from receiving customer requests to issuing invoices and collecting payments.
• Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and follow up on achieving sales targets.
• Plan spare parts orders based on market needs and team recommendations.
• Visit customers at management level and site locations to strengthen relationships and resolve issues.
• Conduct pre-contract negotiations and review/approve parts contracts.
• Hold weekly meetings with the sales team and service unit, and report to management.
• Monitor the spare parts market, track competitors, and inform relevant departments.
• Oversee warehouse inventory, analyze slow-moving parts, and plan for supply.
• Review and approve invoices and parts orders.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Management (Business or Industrial), Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mining.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
