Job Description
• Setting up equipment, reading shift reports, and presenting summary reports
• Follow-up and planning to carry out referred work requests
• Checking and calculating energy consumption
• KPI analysis
• Follow-up of the unit’s routine consumables inventory
• Follow up on the timely performance of unit tests and combustion analysis of boilers
• Controlling and monitoring the condition of air generators and ground and air sources
• Following up on contractors’ presence in the utility unit
• Maintaining safety and quality conditions in the work environment
• Informing the supervisor of unusual quality, safety, and environmental conditions and incidents
• Checking and controlling the results and relevant environment and energy KPIs during the process and performing corrective actions in case of any deviation
• Participating in and controlling the proper implementation of safety, environment, and energy standards through safety meetings, audits, incident reporting, and risk assessment
• Registering requests for supplies from the warehouse
• Using personal protective equipment appropriate to the work activity according to unit instructions
• Maintaining the safety equipment used and delivered in the unit and reporting equipment defects to the relevant supervisor or manager
Skills
- Data-driven management & analytics
- Project management
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Full knowledge of types of coils and air generators
- Ability to read maps (Flow Diagram)
- Full knowledge of cooling & heating systems
- Full knowledge of utility systems implementation and utility foundation
- Knowledge of installation equipment such as air compressors, ammonia system, air conditioners, AM/PM program
- Full knowledge of ice water production system
- Full knowledge of running and maintaining any source of energy (e.g., energy generators & boilers)
