Junior AI Developer

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and curious Junior AI Developer to join our technical team. In this role, you will contribute to the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and prepare data for training and evaluating AI models
• Design and execute test scenarios for models, prompts, agents, and AI-powered services
• Develop scripts and tools for data processing and model evaluation using Python
• Contribute to the development of AI capabilities based on LLMs, RAG, and Function Calling
• Collaborate on the development and improvement of AI-related APIs and services
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to improving system performance and reliability
• Write tests and maintain technical documentation for code and development processes
• Collaborate with technical team members to solve project-related challenges

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Python
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering
• Familiarity with RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Agents
• Ability to work with data and perform required preprocessing tasks
• Familiarity with Git
• Ability to read and work with technical documentation in English
• Strong learning mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with FastAPI
• Familiarity with PyTorch, Hugging Face, Pandas, or NumPy
• Familiarity with Docker and Linux
• Experience working with text or speech processing models
• Familiarity with tools and frameworks for building LLM-powered applications
• Personal, academic, or professional projects related to Artificial Intelligence
