Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, analyze, and report warehouse KPIs, including productivity, inventory accuracy, and team performance.
Extract, clean, validate, and analyze operational data to generate actionable insights.
Identify performance trends, operational gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
Support inventory control activities and ensure inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and managers to provide data-driven operational support.
Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Statistics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across warehouse teams.
Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and reporting requirements.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
