The Senior .NET Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure backend applications and APIs using .NET technologies. The role contributes to system architecture, technical decision-making, third-party integrations, production support, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting best practices in software development.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using .NET.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate internal and external services.
• Participate in system architecture and technical design decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Identify and resolve performance, security, reliability, and scalability issues.
• Develop and maintain integrations with payment, banking, brokerage, identity, and third-party service providers.
• Participate in requirement analysis, task estimation, sprint planning, and technical refinement sessions.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA engineers, product owners, and business teams.
• Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production incident resolution.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based deployment, and environment configuration.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to the existing system.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience in developing enterprise-level backend systems and APIs.
• Experience working with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or service-oriented architectures is preferred.
• Experience in financial services, banking, brokerage, fintech, or payment systems is an advantage.
• Previous experience in mentoring developers or acting as a technical owner is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong knowledge of Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, and common design patterns.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and working with OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, multithreading, and concurrency management.
• Experience with caching technologies such as Redis.
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Serilog, Sentry, Elasticsearch, Grafana, or similar solutions.
• Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
