About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated Senior Legal Specialist to join our legal team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting business growth and protecting the company’s interests by drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, providing practical legal advice, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing legal risks.
Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate various commercial, operational, and technology-related contracts.
• Maintain standard contract templates aligned with company risk management policies.
• Provide legal advice and research for daily operations and new business projects.
• Identify legal/operational risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Support the legal team in handling disputes, claims, and pre-litigation matters.
• Manage corporate governance, including meeting minutes and registration filings.
• Oversee licensing, regulatory compliance, and monitoring of legal changes.
• Provide cross-functional legal support to operations, product, and finance teams.
• Optimize internal legal processes and systematic document management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university (Master’s degree in related fields is a plus).
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of professional legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of Iranian Commercial, Corporate, and E-commerce laws.
• Proven expertise in legal drafting and contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide practical solutions to complex legal issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
