About the role

Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing independent agents or brokers who can effectively sell insurance products, thereby expanding the company's distribution network and driving sustainable revenue growth. This role ensures that new salespeople are properly trained, aligned with the company's values, and equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving strategic market development goals. The role is also responsible for ongoing training and troubleshooting of sellers.

Responsibilities

• Persuade agents through cold calling and site leads
• Provide continuous training for agents and sellers
• Resolve agent issues and follow up with relevant teams
• Send training documents to salespeople
• Follow up on the first sale and subsequent sales until reaching top performance
• Convert inactive salespeople into active ones
• Retain salespeople
