Senior Revit Specialist (Native English)

Bonarch Draft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revit professional to join its technical and BIM team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and professional architectural models in Autodesk Revit
• Prepare construction drawings and technical documentation
• Produce plans, elevations, sections, details, and complete drawing sheets
• Create and modify Revit Families
• Set up and manage View Templates, Schedules, Annotations, and Project Templates
• Manage central models, Worksets, and Worksharing processes
• Review and implement client comments and markups
• Perform quality control on models and drawing packages
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines
• Communicate directly with international clients and project teams
• Participate in technical meetings conducted in English
• Deliver assigned work accurately and within project deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Advanced professional proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Native or near-native English proficiency
• Ability to communicate fluently and professionally in technical meetings
• Strong command of architectural, drafting, construction, and BIM terminology in English
• Proven experience in preparing construction documents and technical drawing packages
• Ability to independently manage a project from modeling through final sheet production
• Strong understanding of Revit Families, Worksets, Schedules, Annotations, and Templates
• Excellent attention to detail and quality-control skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under deadlines
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• A professional Revit portfolio is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on international projects
• Previous experience communicating with foreign clients or consultants
• Familiarity with Canadian, U.S., or UAE building standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Navisworks
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection
• Experience with architectural and interior-design documentation
