2) Prepare BRD, SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
3) Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and UX teams.
4) Model business processes using BPMN/UML and identify improvements.
5) Support sprint planning, UAT, and backlog refinement.
6) Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.
Requirements
1) 3+ years as a Business Analyst in software projects.
2) Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
3) Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
4) Knowledge of BPMN/UML, SQL, and API concepts.
5) Excellent English reading and writing skills.
