- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct structured, competency-based interviews and assess candidates against defined competencies.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Analyze recruitment KPIs and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
- Contribute to employee experience and retention initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or People & Culture.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
