Senior Frontend Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with deep expertise in building complex, high-performance user interfaces for enterprise-scale applications. You will be responsible for the frontend architecture, user experience, and technical direction of our eCommerce platforms. You will be working on eMyli – a sophisticated online retail ecosystem – so eCommerce experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable, maintainable, high-performance frontend applications for enterprise-level eCommerce platforms
• Own the frontend architecture, component libraries, and state management strategy
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product owners to deliver seamless user experiences
• Lead frontend technical design sessions and code reviews
• Mentor and guide mid-level and junior frontend developers
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, accessibility, and performance
• Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and best practices
• Ensure code quality, testing standards, and performance benchmarks are met

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of professional frontend development experience
• Real hands-on coding experience (this is a hands-on role, not purely managerial)
• Proven experience working on large-scale, enterprise-level projects
• Solid experience in eCommerce platforms (online retail)
• Deep understanding of software architecture for enterprise systems; must have designed frontend architecture for large-scale applications from scratch or at significant scale
• Experience in team management and technical leadership (leading a team, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers)
• Expert proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and related frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
• Strong experience with state management (Redux, Vuex, Pinia, Bloc, Provider, or similar)
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, or similar)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Strong knowledge of version control (Git) and collaborative workflows
• Experience with performance optimization and browser debugging tools
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)

Skills:

• Familiarity with Flutter (highly preferred for this role)
• Knowledge of server-side rendering (Next.js, Nuxt.js)
• Experience with mobile-first development
• Familiarity with design systems and component-driven development
• Understanding of CI/CD for frontend applications
