At Wallex, we're looking for a strategic and business-minded Lead, Organizational Effectiveness to help build a high-performing organization.

In this role, you will design and drive initiatives across organizational culture, performance management, change management, internal communications, and employer branding. Working closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners, you'll identify organizational challenges, design scalable solutions, and help improve the effectiveness of teams, managers, and the organization as a whole.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving organizational problems, influencing leaders, and turning strategy into execution.

What You'll Do

• Design and continuously improve the organization's performance management framework.
• Lead organizational culture initiatives that reinforce business priorities and desired leadership behaviors.
• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to diagnose organizational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Drive change management initiatives that support organizational transformation.
• Design and execute internal communication strategies that improve alignment, transparency, and organizational clarity.
• Strengthen Wallex's employer brand in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams.
• Analyze organizational data and provide actionable insights to leaders.
• Define success metrics and measure the impact of organizational initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects that improve organizational effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience in several of the following areas:

• Organizational Development
• Organizational Culture
• Performance Management
• Change Management
• Internal Communications
• Employer Branding

• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing organizational decisions.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical organizational solutions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environments.
