We're looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-oriented People Experience Partner to help design and shape that experience.

This role is more than organizing events or running engagement activities. You'll own key People Experience initiatives, improve how employees experience work at Wallex, and help build the systems, programs, and rituals that strengthen our culture and organization.

Working closely with the HRBP team, leaders, and employees, you'll turn ideas into scalable experiences that make Wallex a better place to work every day.

What You'll Do

Employee Journey Design

• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end employee journey—from onboarding to exit.
• Identify friction points across the employee lifecycle and design practical improvements.
• Build and maintain journey maps and employee personas to better understand employee needs.

People Experience Projects

• Lead strategic People Experience initiatives from idea to execution.
• Drive cross-functional projects related to onboarding, recognition, employee listening, internal culture, and engagement.
• Support the implementation of Wallex's People Experience Strategy.

Culture & Engagement

• Design creative initiatives that strengthen belonging, collaboration, and organizational culture.
• Plan and execute meaningful company events, internal campaigns, celebrations, and community-building initiatives.
• Develop recognition and appreciation programs that reinforce desired behaviors and company values.

Internal Communication

• Create engaging internal communication campaigns that keep employees informed, connected, and inspired.
• Collaborate with different teams to improve transparency and organizational alignment.

Employee Insights

• Gather employee feedback through surveys, interviews, pulse checks, and informal conversations.
• Analyze trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Track key People Experience metrics and evaluate the impact of initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

• Research global best practices in Employee Experience.
• Experiment with new ideas, measure outcomes, and continuously improve programs.
• Bring fresh perspectives and innovative thinking into how Wallex designs work.

What We're Looking For

• 0–5 years of experience in Employee Experience, HR, Organizational Development, People Operations, Internal Communications, or similar roles.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to transform ideas into impactful experiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Curiosity, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing employee journeys or service journeys.
• Experience running employee surveys and analyzing feedback.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking or Human-Centered Design.
• Basic content creation or visual design skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops or group sessions.
• Knowledge of Employee Experience, Organizational Development, or Change Management.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, research, and employee experience design.
