Financial Director

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the recording of accounting transactions across group companies, prepare profit and loss reports, and collaborate with finance teams across the organization.
• Manage corporate financing, oversee the expenses of Wallex business lines, and develop financial plans to ensure timely execution of required payments.
• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, VAT filings, and seasonal (quarterly) tax reports.
• Liaise with statutory auditors, tax authorities, and social security organizations; develop accounting and recording strategies; and provide management reporting.
• Design, implement, monitor, and optimize financial processes across Wallex group companies.
• Develop accounting structures (chart of accounts) and implement financial systems for group companies.
• Recruit, lead, manage, and evaluate the performance of finance teams across subsidiary companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
• Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Strong expertise in financial planning and resource management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of import finance processes, foreign currency translation (FX revaluation), cost accounting, budgeting, taxation, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software, including Rahkaran, Sepida, and Peyvast.
