- Register and maintain accurate patient information in the CRM system.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to patients according to PSP procedures.
- Follow up on patient treatment schedules, injections, appointments, and laboratory tests.
- Educate patients about the Patient Support Program, treatment process, and available support services.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals (HCPs), clinics, and laboratories to facilitate patient support activities.
- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures.
- Identify and report Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs) in compliance with Pharmacovigilance (PV) requirements.
- Prepare routine reports and support KPI monitoring and operational activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, and Commercial departments.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Midwifery, Biology, or other Life Sciences.
- 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare, customer support, or Patient Support Programs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
