Kidtopia English Kindergarten is looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly organized Floor Manager to join our leadership team.
This role is ideal for an educator who is ready to lead teachers, ensure high-quality classroom practices, and help create a positive, child-centered learning environment.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a preschool or kindergarten.
- Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Academic Coordinator, Head Teacher, or in a similar leadership role in an early childhood setting.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Strong classroom management knowledge and the ability to coach and support teachers.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, English-speaking environment.
- Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, English Language Teaching (ELT), Psychology, or a related field.
- A certificate or diploma in Educational Leadership, Early Childhood Management, School Leadership, or Educational Supervision is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience in teacher mentoring, classroom observations, curriculum implementation, and parent communication.
- Familiarity with international early childhood practices and child-centered learning approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and classroom routines on the assigned floor.
- Support, mentor, and evaluate teachers to ensure high-quality teaching.
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure school policies, routines, and educational standards are consistently implemented.
- Collaborate closely with the Educational Supervisor and management team.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a culture of continuous improvement.
