About the role

This is a configuration role. Our platform is built on one idea: most integrations should be configuration, not a development project. You will set up, test and support customer integrations using WeHub Studio, our visual workflow builder. You report to our Integration Lead and learn the healthcare side of the work from him.

What you will do

- Set up customer integrations in WeHub Studio from our standard templates
- Configure field mappings between systems
- Test integrations and confirm the data is correct
- Call and test APIs using Postman
- Investigate data errors and re-run failed transfers
- Write clear setup notes and hand over to support
- Answer technical questions from our UK team

What we need

- Good understanding of REST APIs: endpoints, authentication, requests and responses, status codes
- Comfortable with JSON, XML and CSV
- Experience testing APIs with Postman or similar
- Able to read a technical specification and follow it exactly
- Strong written and spoken English
- Careful, organised, and willing to ask when something is unclear

Nice to have

- SFTP or file based data transfers
- Basic SQL
- Any exposure to healthcare data standards such as HL7 or FHIR
- Experience in a technical role dealing with customers

Working days: read this before applying

Our week is Sunday to Thursday, not Saturday to Wednesday. Start time 09:30. This aligns us with the UK team. Please confirm the schedule works for you before you apply.

- On site, Hamedan office
- Probation: one month, then the team reviews your work and confirms the full time role
- Training in healthcare data standards, supported by our Integration Lead
- The path from here is deeper ownership of integration delivery, and the healthcare standards knowledge that goes with it
