Key accountabilities:

• Lead problem-solving and define action plans in cooperation with related departments.
• Control headcount and overtime budget requirements.
• Optimize technical materials’ stock and consumption and define action plans.
• Control consumption materials as per budget.
• Lead action plans to solve customer complaints and improve customer contacts.
• Optimize raw material consumption.
• Control action plans to optimize process parameters.
• Lead CAPEX for process improvements.
• Lead new trial planning to achieve cost savings.
• Provide action plans to increase machines’ efficiency.
• Lead investment budgeting to increase availability.
• Lead production optimization.
• Control the production department’s budget.
• Provide action plans for budget attainment.
• Follow up on machine waste and take decisions to decrease wastage according to the plan.
• Monitor machine capacity and take actions accordingly.
• Manage a safe operational environment, analyze work accidents, and define preventive action plans.
• Organize technically relevant training sessions for the team.
