What You'll Do

• Lead the company's legal strategy and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance regulators and governmental authorities.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure the company's ongoing compliance with applicable laws and industry requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, partnerships, vendor contracts, and corporate documents.
• Advise leadership on legal risks while helping teams make informed and balanced decisions.
• Develop internal legal policies, governance frameworks, and compliance processes that scale with the business.
• Support new products and business initiatives by translating legal requirements into practical solutions.
• Manage external legal counsel whenever specialized support is required.
• Foster legal awareness across the organization through guidance, training, and collaboration.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
• Significant experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory law, preferably within insurance, fintech, banking, or other regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations and regulatory environments is a plus.
• Proven experience working directly with regulators and government entities.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
