Head of Product Design (WallGold)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Design to lead WallGold’s design team and shape the visual and user experience of our products. You will be responsible for defining design strategy, mentoring a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints—from web and mobile apps to marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing design team, including UX/UI, product, and visual designers.
• Define and maintain WallGold’s design system, brand guidelines, and visual identity.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver user-centered, high-quality designs.
• Drive the UX strategy across B2B and B2C products, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity designs and prototyping.
• Advocate for design thinking across the organization and contribute to product strategy.
• Stay ahead of design trends in fintech and crypto, implementing innovative approaches where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading design teams in digital products, preferably in fintech, crypto, or technology startups.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI, product design, and visual branding.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into compelling design strategies.
