- Develop, test, and maintain scalable back-end services using Go (Golang).
- Design and optimize database solutions using MySQL, ensuring efficient query performance.
- Implement robust APIs and microservices using gRPC or REST.
- Work with Kubernetes to deploy and manage containerized applications.
- Leverage Redis for caching to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs in the application.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in back-end development with Go (Golang).
- Strong understanding of gRPC and API development.
- Solid experience with MySQL, including complex queries, optimization, and database design.
- Proficiency with Redis for caching and improving application responsiveness.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on teamwork.
- Experience with high-traffic, large-scale web applications.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Experience with WebSocket and XMPP protocol.
