About the Role We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and highly accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our automotive company through its next phase of growth and transformation. The CEO will be responsible for defining the company's strategic direction, driving sustainable business growth, overseeing all operational functions, and strengthening the company's position within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive executive leadership experience in the automotive sector, with a proven ability to develop sales networks, optimize after-sales operations, build strong partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers, and deliver outstanding financial and operational performance. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's long-term vision, strategic roadmap, and business objectives aligned with the automotive market.
Lead and oversee all business operations, including vehicle sales, after-sales services, spare parts operations, dealership performance, customer experience, finance, human resources, and corporate support functions.
Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market share through strategic sales initiatives and operational excellence.
Develop and implement strategies to expand dealership networks, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance after-sales service performance.
Identify new business opportunities in vehicle sales, fleet sales, financing solutions, mobility services, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive manufacturers, importers, distributors, suppliers, financial institutions, government authorities, and key business partners.
Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, investment decisions, and cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure operational excellence across sales, service centers, spare parts inventory management, and customer support operations.
Establish and monitor organizational KPIs to improve productivity, profitability, and customer retention.
Lead organizational development, executive succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing innovation, accountability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Lead digital transformation initiatives, process optimization, and technology adoption across the organization.
Manage organizational change and effectively lead the company during market fluctuations and business challenges.
Ensure compliance with all automotive regulations, corporate governance standards, labor laws, and industry requirements.
Represent the company in negotiations with manufacturers, strategic partners, government agencies, financial institutions, and industry associations.
Strengthen the company's brand reputation and market leadership within the automotive sector.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Finance, MBA, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of executive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in senior management within the automotive industry.
Proven track record of leading business growth, dealership operations, sales expansion, and organizational transformation.
Previous experience in automotive dealerships, vehicle distribution, automotive manufacturing, import/export companies, or after-sales service organizations is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the automotive value chain, dealership management, customer lifecycle, and market dynamics.
