AI Developer — AI-Native & Vibe Coding Specialist

We are looking for an exceptional AI-native developer who can use advanced AI models and coding agents to turn ideas into functional, high-quality products quickly.

Core Requirements

• Expert-level use of leading AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms.
• Strong practical experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
• Excellent vibe-coding skills and the ability to build complete products through effective AI-assisted development.
• Strong prompt engineering and context-management skills.
• Ability to choose the right model and tool for each task.
• Experience coordinating multiple AI tools or agents across planning, coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to review, validate, debug, and improve AI-generated code.
• Understanding of model capabilities, limitations, hallucinations, context windows, and usage costs.
• Ability to create effective project instructions, reusable prompts, rules, skills, and agent workflows.
• Fast prototyping and MVP development capabilities.
• Strong product thinking and the ability to convert unclear ideas into practical solutions.
• Ability to work independently, learn rapidly, and deliver measurable results.
• Familiarity with Git, APIs, deployment workflows, and essential software-development concepts.
• A strong portfolio of products built primarily with AI-assisted development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building applications with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other model APIs.
• Familiarity with no-code and low-code automation tools.
• Experience with AI agents, tool use, workflow automation, and MCP.
• Ability to compare models based on quality, speed, cost, and reliability.
• Basic understanding of LLM evaluation, RAG, fine-tuning, and open-source models.
• Experience deploying AI-assisted applications to production.

Traditional backend expertise or mastery of a specific programming framework is not the primary requirement. We value the ability to use modern AI tools intelligently, produce reliable results quickly, and maintain control over the quality of AI-generated work.
