Commercial Associate

Kansai Paint Iranian Company intends to add an experienced and committed Commercial Associate to its Supply Chain team.
Job Description & Duties:
- Prepare export documentation, transportation arrangements, and sales contracts
- Design and implement export programs to enter new markets and increase market share
- Negotiate with local clients and ensure order fulfillment in line with agreements
- Research and analyze export markets to identify opportunities and risks
- Ensure compliance with customs requirements, health standards, SGS, and destination country regulations
- Oversee product packaging and labeling in accordance with international standards
- Analyze market data and provide strategic insights for informed decision-making
- Manage international logistics and inventory to guarantee on-time delivery
- Monitor export trends and track key success factors
Specialized Knowledge:
- Proven experience in export operations, preferably for petrochemical or chemical products
- Good understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, international shipping, and trade compliance
- Familiarity with coordinating shipments, freight forwarders, banks, and customs-related activities
- Familiarity with international payment terms and transportation methods
- Strong knowledge of target markets and their legal requirements
Skills:
- Effective negotiation and international contract management
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify trends
- Language: Strong command of written and spoken English
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and follow-up capabilities
