Business Analyst - Contact Center

Responsibilities:
•    Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, uncover insights, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Develop, monitor, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and evaluate the effectiveness of operational strategies. 
•    Perform forecasting, capacity planning, and resource optimization to support operational efficiency, scalability, and workforce planning. 
•    Conduct root cause analysis, scenario modeling, and business impact assessments to support data-driven decision-making and operational improvements. 
•    Design, automate, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards to provide actionable

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. 
•    At least 2 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, data visualization, or a similar role. 
•    Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and report publishing), SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with advanced formulas and automation capabilities. 
•    Familiarity with additional data visualization and business intelligence tools is considered an advantage. 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and generate actionable business insights. 
•    Experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and performance analysis is a plus. 
•    High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, reliable, and high-quality reports. 
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear
