We are looking for a BI Developer to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that support day-to-day decision-making across teams. You'll work closely with different stakeholders to understand their data needs and turn them into clear, well-designed, and reliable dashboards.

This role is a great fit for someone who is comfortable working independently on Power BI dashboards, is eager to deepen their SQL and data skills, and is interested in growing toward data infrastructure, automation, and job scheduling over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards independently, from requirement gathering to final delivery
• Write and optimize T-SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
• Occasionally build and maintain reports (SSRS) as needed
• Work with SQL Server jobs and basic automation tasks
• Learn and work with data models to ensure dashboards are accurate and easy to maintain
• Collaborate with different teams to understand data/reporting requests and turn them into practical solutions
• Keep dashboards and reports clean, well-structured, and easy to maintain over time
• Document your work (data sources, logic, reports) for future reference

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL, SSIS, and SSAS
• Solid experience with Power BI (Data Modeling, DAX, Power Query)
• Familiarity with SSRS is a plus
• Interest/basic experience in SQL Server Agent jobs and automation is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas)
• Good understanding of business KPIs and ability to design a dashboard independently, with good visual/UX judgment
• Willingness to learn and grow toward data infrastructure and automation
