Takhfifan is a leading online platform providing discount deals and innovative solutions for a wide range of products and services. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven BI Expert to join our team and help us expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with large-scale user and transaction data to drive fast, data-informed decisions
• Build and maintain scalable data models and data warehouses that power analytics and reporting
• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using the Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
• Write efficient and reliable T-SQL queries for data transformation, validation, and analytics
• Create clear, actionable dashboards and reports using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query
• Define and track meaningful business and product KPIs across user, sales, and operations
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across analytical workflows
• Continuously improve performance of dashboards, queries, and data models as data grows
• Troubleshoot data issues and proactively improve data quality
• Turn complex data into simple insights that help teams move faster and smarter
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, Finance, and Operations teams
• Evaluate and adopt new analytics tools and approaches when they add real value

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis or Business Analytics
• Strong SQL (T-SQL) skills and experience working with production databases
• Practical experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query
• Experience with ETL tools (SSIS or similar) and data modeling concepts
• Comfortable working with large datasets and fast-changing requirements
• Solid understanding of data warehousing fundamentals
• Ability to balance speed and accuracy in a dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
• Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Curiosity, learning mindset, and willingness to experiment and improve

Plus Skills (Preferred but not required)

• Experience with Python libraries for data analysis or automation
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms or modern data stacks
