Responsibilities:
Execute supplier selection processes and procedures.
Ensure cost control processes and governance for expenses validation.
Communicate and promote negotiated corporate agreements.
Collect and advise applicants in drafting purchase orders.
Apply sourcing policy and expense-control rules across the company.
Report invoice blockings to senior management.
Follow Request for Proposals (RFP) according to procurement policies and governance.
Propose appropriate suppliers.
Participate in negotiating new contracts and renewals with suppliers.
Ensure effectiveness of end-to-end commercial, delivery, and operational processes between the company and suppliers/partners.
Analyze supplier performance and control contract risks.
Propose changes to improve supplier relationships.
Provide relevant reporting (e.g., track savings per project), supplier knowledge, and environmental impact.
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, mostly in the telecom industry.
At least a B.A./B.S. degree in related majors such as Business Administration, Telecommunications Engineering, etc.
Proficient English.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
