Vibe Coder

Sotoodeh Automotive Group is looking for a Vibe Coder to join our product and engineering team on a full-time basis.
We are looking for someone with a solid programming foundation, strong learning ability, and hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools. This role is suitable for someone with around 1 year of programming experience who can quickly turn product requirements, UI designs, and technical instructions into working software.

Responsibilities
Develop frontend and backend features based on product requirements and technical guidance
Build clean, responsive, and functional web interfaces using Next.js
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python
Work with PostgreSQL for data handling, queries, and basic data modeling under technical supervision
Use Redis for caching and performance-related tasks where needed
Build and connect APIs, forms, admin panels, dashboards, and internal tools
Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar tools to improve development speed and quality
Debug issues, fix bugs, improve existing features, and support testing before release
Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
Work closely with the Technical Lead to follow coding standards, Git workflow, testing, and deployment processes

Requirements
1 year of hands-on programming experience
Good understanding of web development fundamentals
Experience with Next.js and modern frontend development
Basic to intermediate experience with Python backend development
Familiarity with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Git, and debugging
Basic understanding of Redis, caching concepts, or performance optimization
Ability to understand product requirements and convert them into working features
Comfortable using AI tools for coding, refactoring, debugging, and learning
Fast learner with a practical, execution-focused mindset
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to improve code quality over time

Nice to Have
Experience with any of the following would be considered a plus:
TypeScript
FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar Python frameworks
SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, or similar backend libraries
PostgreSQL query optimization
Docker
Basic CI/CD concepts
Admin panel or dashboard development
Figma-to-code implementation
Experience with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Windsurf
Experience working on real product features, not only practice projects
