Operations Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for resolving issues, evaluating performance, and implementing data-driven decisions to enhance our customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics operations to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop performance metrics and KPIs to monitor operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, QC, etc.) to optimize logistics processes and workflows.
• Use data analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues, develop corrective action plans, and translate results into business recommendations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in operations and analytics.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts, anticipate customer needs, and execute action plans to exceed expectations and deliver an exceptional experience.
• Proactively monitor and analyze delivery operations metrics to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Translate customers’ strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap and build a product development pipeline.
• Develop internal and external processes for delivery operations, identify drivers of low performance, define critical improvements, scale those improvements, and monitor performance over time.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics in one of the following fields: operations, logistics, supply chain management, business analytics, business line management, commercial, or project management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (we use Excel, SQL, and Power BI).
• Experience with quantitative data analysis, actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Farsi and English.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. 24/7 availability to address urgent issues is essential.
