Project Manager (Scrum Master)

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and communicative Project Manager / Scrum Master to work closely with our Product and Technical Leads on a remote basis.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple software projects and coordinating two to three cross-functional teams at the same time. This role requires strong organization, active follow-up, clear communication, and the ability to manage different priorities without losing visibility across projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage weekly sprints for 2 teams
• Coordinate two to three development teams, including developers, designers, and QA
• Organize backlogs and ensure tasks are clear and ready for development
• Run sprint planning, daily check-ins, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
• Track progress, deadlines, dependencies, and blockers across all projects
• Follow up on delayed or incomplete tasks and keep stakeholders updated
• Ensure tasks move correctly through development, code review, testing, and release
• Keep Jira boards and project documentation organized and up to date
• Prepare clear progress reports and highlight risks or delays
• Help improve the teams’ workflows and Scrum practices

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in software project management, project coordination, or Scrum
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and two to three teams simultaneously
• Good understanding of Agile and Scrum practices
• Experience working with cross-functional software development teams
• Strong ability to manage priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and changing requirements
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to identify blockers and take ownership of resolving or escalating them
• Basic understanding of software development, testing, staging, and release processes
• Ability to turn discussions and requirements into clear, actionable tasks
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Good written English

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience managing distributed or international teams
• Experience with web and mobile software projects
• Familiarity with B2B platforms, marketplaces, or e-commerce products
• Technical background or experience working closely with developers
• Familiarity with user stories, acceptance criteria, product discovery, and release planning
