Key Responsibilities

• Automation Solutions: Implement automation solutions to streamline processes, reduce manual intervention, and improve accuracy.
• AI Model Development: Design and develop AI models and algorithms to optimize delivery routes, predict demand, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Data Management: Oversee the data flow and infrastructure necessary for effective AI deployment, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• System Integration: Integrate AI and automation solutions with existing business systems to enhance functionality and user interaction.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and update AI systems to ensure they perform optimally and adapt to changing conditions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals and ensure seamless implementation.
• Innovation and Improvement: Stay current with AI and automation trends, suggesting improvements to existing systems and workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Python development, data science, software engineering, and data analytics.
• Proven experience in Python development and data pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics and pipelines (Python, Docker, Redis, SQL).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Farsi and English.
• Bring a strategic and analytical mindset to the table, with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 24/7 availability to address urgent issues is essential.
