About this role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the heart of this mission, transforming insights into solutions, aligning business goals with user needs, and helping shape products that truly make a difference. Your role will directly impact how we empower our customers to succeed and grow in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
• Define and prioritize product requirements and manage the backlog based on business impact and user needs.
• Conduct user behavior analysis and product discovery to understand real user pain points.
• Analyze product performance data using SQL and tools such as GA4 to make data-driven decisions.
• Define and monitor success metrics and continuously iterate based on performance insights.
• Create clear and structured documentation, including PRDs, user stories, feature specifications, and analytical reports.
• Contribute to product strategy and align the roadmap with company-wide goals.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment among cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Hands-on experience leading the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with an outcome-oriented approach to decision-making.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketers.
• A strong user-centric mindset and the ability to translate user insights into actionable product solutions.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
