About the Role:

At Keepa, we are looking for a Senior .NET Software Engineer with strong expertise in the .NET ecosystem and the ability to analyze complex problems, design effective technical solutions, and take end-to-end ownership of features.

In this role, you will be responsible for taking a requirement from understanding and analysis through solution design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment to Production.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical and scalable technical solutions

• Design and develop features from initial analysis through final Production delivery

• Design appropriate architecture and structure for new services and capabilities

• Develop and maintain Backend services using C# and .NET

• Contribute to the design of APIs, services, databases, and required integrations

• Make technical decisions considering Performance, Scalability, Maintainability, and Security

• Conduct Code Reviews and contribute to improving code quality and engineering standards

• Identify Technical Debt and propose solutions for continuous improvement

• Troubleshoot Production issues and provide sustainable solutions

• Write Unit Tests and, when necessary, Integration Tests to ensure software quality and reliability

• Document important technical decisions, designs, and development processes

• Contribute to improving development, testing, Release, and Deployment processes

• Collaborate closely with Product, Business, and Engineering teams

• Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Backend software development

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET / .NET Core

• Solid experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and Backend services

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID, Design Patterns, and Clean Code

• Strong analytical and software design skills

• Good understanding of Software Architecture and Architectural Patterns

• Strong experience with relational databases, particularly SQL Server

• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core and ORM concepts

• Understanding of Caching, Messaging, Concurrency, and Distributed Systems

• Experience with Git and Code Review processes

• Familiarity with Unit Testing, CI/CD, and Deployment

• Ability to perform Performance Analysis and Troubleshooting

• Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into clear specifications and technical solutions

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to take end-to-end ownership of a feature, from Requirement to Production

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microservices architecture

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with Message Brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
