Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability during training and inference.
• Build and maintain robust, production-grade APIs to serve ML models, using Python frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI, following best practices in RESTful API development.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists to transition research models into optimized, production-ready systems while ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Develop end-to-end data pipelines and workflows to support continuous model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Work with engineering teams to integrate ML pipelines into existing infrastructure, ensuring scalability, observability, and fault tolerance.
• Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD for ML models, experiment tracking, model versioning, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Optimize model performance through fine-tuning, feature engineering, hyperparameter optimization, and evaluation using industry-standard metrics.
• Document APIs, system designs, and model behavior using tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI, ensuring clarity and maintainability.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design of scalable ML infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed processing frameworks.

Requirements:

• Machine Learning & AI:
• Proficiency with ML algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), model optimization, evaluation techniques, and feature engineering.
• API Engineering:
• Expertise building production-ready APIs with Python, Flask/FastAPI, and RESTful design principles.
• Experience using API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Software Engineering:
• Strong Python coding skills, software architecture knowledge, clean code principles, and Git.
