About the Role

To ensure the successful execution of field operations by effectively leading and managing the Promoter team, driving operational excellence across the merchant network, maintaining high service quality, and ensuring the timely completion of field activities to support business growth, merchant satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate the Promoter team to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks and field activities for Promoters based on business priorities.
• Ensure effective merchant visits, onboarding support, training, branding activities, and issue resolution in the field.
• Monitor the quality and productivity of Promoters through regular field visits, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Track team KPIs and ensure targets related to merchant coverage, visit completion, activation, and service quality are achieved.
• Coordinate schedules, territories, and workloads to maximize field efficiency and resource utilization.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field operations, sales operations, or merchant operations.
• At least 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a field team.
• Strong knowledge of field operations management and workforce planning.
• Ability to assign, prioritize, and monitor field tasks effectively.
