About the Role

To ensure the successful execution of regional field operations by providing on-site support to merchants, delivering effective product and process training, maintaining brand standards through proper placement of marketing materials, and enhancing merchant engagement to drive operational excellence, service quality, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to assigned merchants based on the operational plan.
• Provide on-site training to merchants on BNPL products, processes, and system usage.
• Install and ensure proper placement of marketing and branding materials at merchant locations in accordance with company standards.
• Support merchant onboarding, activation, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field operations, merchant support, sales support, or customer-facing roles.
