- Store & Merchant Coordination – Coordinate with stores and merchants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and follow-ups.
- Campaign Coordination – Coordinate with merchants and internal teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Sales Growth Support – Identify opportunities and support initiatives aimed at increasing sales and GMV.
- Merchant Relationship Management – Maintain effective communication and strong working relationships with stores and brands.
- Campaign Performance Tracking – Monitor campaign performance and follow up on results and improvement opportunities.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyze sales and category data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Execution & Follow-up – Ensure commercial activities, campaigns, and merchant initiatives are executed on time.
- Problem Solving – Identify operational and commercial issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Cross-functional Coordination – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other teams to execute category initiatives.
- Category Support – Support the Category Manager in managing category performance, merchant growth, and commercial initiatives.
