To own and manage the Oracle ERP system across all operational functions — Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and R&D — ensuring the platform is correctly configured, reliably operational, and continuously aligned to how the business plans, produces, procures, and delivers. The role serves as the primary bridge between the Operations business and the D&T function, translating complex operational processes into effective system solutions, governing configuration changes, maintaining master data integrity, and driving adoption across all entities and operational teams. Beyond keeping the system stable, the ERP Operations Manager is expected to actively identify opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline operational workflows through better use of Oracle — reducing manual effort, eliminating process gaps, and ensuring the system is a genuine enabler of operational performance, cost efficiency, and supply chain effectiveness across the group. Key Accountabilities:
Own Oracle Operations modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, WIP) — ensure configurations reflect actual production workflows, bill of materials structures, routings, and warehouse operations across all manufacturing and supply chain entities.
Manage the procure-to-pay cycle in Oracle — from purchase requisition through supplier invoice matching and payment, ensuring procurement controls are enforced, approval hierarchies are correctly configured, and maverick buying is eliminated.
Own production planning and manufacturing execution in Oracle — work with the Operations and Planning teams to ensure MRP/MPS runs are accurate, work orders are properly managed, and shop floor transactions are captured in the system in real time.
Govern inventory and warehouse management in Oracle — item master integrity, stock valuation, cycle count programs, lot and serial tracking, and ensuring physical stock movements are always reflected correctly in the system.
Bridge the gap between Quality, R&D, and the ERP system — manage quality inspection rules, non-conformance workflows, and engineering change orders in Oracle, ensuring new product introductions and formulation changes flow correctly from R&D into production and procurement without data breaks.

Budgets and Plans: Contribute to the preparation of the Operations section budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified.
Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures: Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
