We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at FlyToday to join our Human Resources department.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process from hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer, reference checks, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Screen applicants for competency with job requirements.
• Conduct HR interviews (plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews).
• Full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Lead employer branding initiatives.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• BA in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role.

Working Hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9 to 17 and Thursday 9 to 13
