Senior Python Backend Engineer (Backend & DevOps) - آقا

We are not looking for an ordinary Developer — we are looking for a well-rounded Engineer.
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Python Backend Engineer to join our team and work on a scalable, distributed, production-grade platform.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Python and Backend Engineering, while also being capable of designing architecture, developing services, managing infrastructure, deploying to production, and troubleshooting complex production issues.

What We Expect
You should be capable of taking a service end-to-end, from architecture and development to production deployment and operation:

Design → Develop → Test → Containerize → Deploy → Monitor → Troubleshoot → Scale

You should also be comfortable working with distributed systems, system design, performance, scalability, reliability, and complex technical problems, and be able to make sound engineering decisions when choosing technologies and architectural approaches.

Important
This position is not suitable for developers whose experience is limited to Django/FastAPI and CRUD-based API development.

Hands-on experience with Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, Message Brokers, Linux, and CI/CD is essential.

Theoretical knowledge alone is not sufficient.

If you do not have solid practical experience and the technical depth required to work with the architecture and technologies mentioned above, please do not apply.
