Our platform enables banks, fintechs, marketplaces, retailers, and enterprise partners to integrate gold trading, lending, custody, settlement, and other financial capabilities into their own products through APIs and platform services.

Rather than designing a single consumer application, we build the core capabilities that power an entire ecosystem.

About the Role

We are looking for a curious, business-minded, and highly proactive Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of WallGold Business.

This role goes beyond designing interfaces. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and our partners to understand complex operational problems, simplify workflows, and create products that scale across multiple businesses and industries.

You will play a key role in product discovery, customer research, service design, and translating ambiguous business needs into intuitive product experiences.

As our product organization grows, this role will also contribute to shaping our design practices and helping scale the design function.

Key Responsibilities

Product Discovery & Customer Understanding

• Partner with Product Managers to identify customer problems, validate assumptions, and shape product opportunities before development begins.
• Conduct user interviews, stakeholder workshops, journey mapping, and usability research across enterprise customers and internal teams.
• Transform customer insights into actionable product improvements.

End-to-End Product Design

• Design scalable user experiences for complex B2B products, internal platforms, operational tools, and partner-facing services.
• Simplify sophisticated financial and operational workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints throughout the design process.

Research & Continuous Improvement

• Continuously analyze product usage, customer feedback, and operational pain points to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to evaluate product performance and support evidence-based decision making.
• Benchmark leading enterprise, fintech, and platform products to continuously raise the quality of our solutions.

Design Systems & Delivery

• Maintain and evolve our design system with a scalable, component-first approach.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth implementation and high-quality execution.
• Explore modern AI-assisted design and development workflows to improve design quality and delivery speed.

What We're Looking For

• Strong product thinking with the ability to solve business problems, not just design interfaces.
• Experience designing complex B2B products, enterprise platforms, SaaS products, dashboards, or operational systems.
• Excellent UX, information architecture, interaction design, and workflow design skills.
• Ability to conduct user research and synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.
• Curiosity, ownership, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous problem spaces.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience designing fintech, infrastructure, platform, ERP, marketplace, logistics, or operational products.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design, prototyping, or developer workflows.
• Basic understanding of software architecture, APIs, or technical systems.
• Experience working in fast-growing product organizations and contributing to design culture or mentoring teammates.
• Comfortable working with product analytics and behavioral insights to improve user experience.
