Group Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Group Product Manager to lead multiple product areas, develop Product Managers, and drive meaningful business and customer outcomes. In this role, you will operate at both the strategic and execution levels—defining product direction, aligning teams with Ozone's business goals, and building a strong product organization.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap across multiple product areas.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Product Managers.
• Translate business strategy and customer needs into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Identify and evaluate high-impact customer and business opportunities.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across teams and remove cross-functional blockers.
• Establish and monitor key product metrics and use data to guide decisions.
• Balance customer experience, business impact, technical investment, risk, and scalability.
• Improve product management practices, processes, and standards across the organization.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of product talent.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including experience leading multiple Product Managers or product teams.
• Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience with consumer-facing digital products, fintech, payments, e-commerce, or other high-scale products.
• Strong product discovery, analytics, prioritization, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong ability to coach and develop Product Managers.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and business teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and a focus on outcomes rather than output.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, credit, lending, wallets, or financial services.
• Experience with growth, monetization, retention, or transaction-based products.
• Experience working with risk, fraud, compliance, or other complex financial processes.
• Experience building or scaling product organizations.
