DevSecOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, automation, operation, and continuous improvement of our cloud-native infrastructure and software delivery platforms. The role involves working across infrastructure, development, and security to build reliable, scalable, automated, and secure platforms that support our production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate Kubernetes-based platforms and containerized workloads
• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible
• Implement and manage GitOps workflows and automated deployment processes
• Manage container registries, artifact repositories, secrets, and platform configurations
• Implement and improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and platform observability
• Troubleshoot Linux, Kubernetes, networking, deployment, and infrastructure-related issues
• Integrate security scanning and validation into CI/CD pipelines
• Improve platform availability, scalability, performance, reliability, and automation
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Security teams to improve software delivery and platform operations

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Linux, and CI/CD
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation
• Good understanding of networking, containers, and distributed systems
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices and security integration within CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker/Containerd, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and Argo CD
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible
• Strong Linux skills and scripting experience with Python and/or Bash
• Ability to design, automate, operate, and continuously improve production platforms
