We're looking for a self-motivated developer fluent in Python to build internal tools and automate manual work across our company. You won't get detailed specs or small isolated tasks. Instead, you'll talk directly with different teams and departments, find out what slows them down, and build complete solutions on your own—from the database and APIs to the user interface. You'll also use modern AI tools to code faster and add smart features to what you build.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze different teams’ requirements and provide solutions.
• Work directly with different teams to find manual, inefficient processes and turn them into working software.
• Build full internal applications on your own, including the database, backend, and user interface.
• Deploy and maintain scripts and web tools that fit smoothly into our existing systems.
• Use AI coding assistants to work faster, and connect large language model APIs to automate complex tasks.
• Quickly improve prototypes based on feedback from internal users, without waiting for formal specs.

What you bring

• Strong experience as a Python developer, with a track record of shipping working software on your own.
• Strong communication skills—you can turn vague business needs into clear technical solutions.
• Comfortable designing and working with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Able to build solid backend systems and REST APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• Able to quickly build simple, usable interfaces with tools like Streamlit, Vue, or React.
• Skilled with AI tools, both for writing code and for adding AI features to software.
